Tegmine Stars operates on in-app session credits. Students purchase credits via Razorpay or receive institution-sponsored vouchers. Mentors configure their credit rate for 30-minute, 1-hour, or flat-rate sessions. Upon session completion, earnings are credited directly to the mentor's balance.

Every mentor undergoes academic credential validation using official institutional email domains, faculty or PhD student identification verification, and background review before their calendar is made available for bookings.

Cancellations requested more than 24 hours after booking return 75% to the student's credit wallet. Cancellations after 24 hours return 50%. Cancellations within 24 hours of session start are non-refundable. Your first session reschedule is completely complimentary.

Where session recording is enabled and mutually agreed upon, recordings are stored securely for exactly fifteen (15) days to review key insights, after which they are automatically purged per our data minimization policy.

Partner institutions receive a dedicated University Dashboard, bulk student credit sponsorships, custom organizer limit allocations, and prospective student recruitment lead channels.

All data processing is governed by affirmative, unbundled consent under Section 6 of the DPDPA. You maintain full rights to access, correction, erasure, and nomination, with our designated Grievance Officer in Badvel, AP.
