Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms & Company Identity

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tegmine Stars Private Limited ("Tegmine Stars", "we", "us"), a private limited company incorporated in India with CIN: U62011AP2026PTC128614 (RoC-Vijayawada), having its registered office at 6/70, N Gollapalli, B. Mattam, Chennampalli, Badvel, Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh, India — 516502.

2. Marketplace Model & Role Segmentation

Tegmine Stars operates an educational and knowledge-sharing marketplace facilitating structured, 1:1 sessions between students/learners and verified mentors/educators, as well as institutional partner integrations:

Students / Mentees: Book verified mentorship appointments using platform credits or direct processing.
Mentors / Organizers: Publish availability schedules, set credit honorariums, and deliver 1:1 advisory sessions.
Partner Institutions: Authorize academic affiliations, manage bulk student allocations, and track cohort outcomes.

3. Credit Economy & Wallet Rules

The platform operates on a closed-loop credit system:

Credits are purchased via authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) and stored in user wallets.
Credits may be redeemed solely for verified mentorship sessions and platform services.
Promotional or institution-subsidized coupons hold a strict two-month validity window from issuance.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Rules

Cancellations > 24 hours from booking: 75% refund to platform credit wallet.

Cancellations after 24 hours from booking: 50% refund to credit wallet.

Cancellations within 24 hours of session start time: Non-refundable.

Rescheduling: First session reschedule is completely complimentary.

5. Session Recording Policy

Where technical session recording is enabled and mutually consented to by both participants, recordings remain accessible securely for a maximum retention period of fifteen (15) days, after which they are automatically purged.

6. Intellectual Property & Governing Jurisdiction

All platform software, interface designs, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Tegmine Stars Private Limited. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Kadapa / Andhra Pradesh, India.
